Welcome

The first week of September is over and the second week has rushed in like solar energy to earth, fast.  Lessons on the corn plant and identification of the parts of the  kennel and stalk are being taught by Ms. Kelly Van Allen to the new 5th graders.  Sounds simple, but just explore the botany of this important crop and you might learn more about your next corn on the cob.
